Gregor is a photographer focusing on interior and story-telling photography for hospitality, tourism and publishing clients. He studied at the University of Applied Sciences of Salzburg (MultiMediaArt). After graduation he lived in New York City for three years working in various media production companies as an Art Director. Since 2008 his life is based in Vienna again.

His fondness for spaces and the interaction of light and objects, as well as a trained eye for design and composition cumulated to Gregor's focus on interior photography. Using available light sources and the original features of a room is very important to him.

The same principle applies to photo stories Gregor is shooting. Everything available to the scene is used and nothing is added to create the focus for the special moment.

For his personal work Gregor looks for odd moments in his surroundings which inspire his audience to look at his pictures at least twice. These oddities reveal to him themselves, or are created by a delicate intervention or a deliberate focus on specific events in front of his camera.

With his work he always asks the following question: „Did anybody notice this?“
